Monday, October 31st was Halloween.
Students dressed up as their favorite book characters. What a wonderful literary day!
At the end of the day, we had a Halloween celebration. We had five stations: a Ghoulish Bingo, a Ghostly Pumpkin Creation Game, a Gargantuan Pumpkin Measurement Station, a Frightful Spider Creation Station, and a Mysterious Charades and Pictionary Game.
What fun the third graders had!

ReplyDeleteI am Iti (aka Ineesha's elder sister,in sixth grade).I had a blast at my sixth grade halloween party just a week ago.We had games and prizes,and lots of screaming to the lyrics of a song and dancing.I even won a Golden Spoon gift card for singing really loud.The party was after school, and to mention again,I had a blast! My favorite part was making the spider cookies, they were very yummy. I think its cool that others made different animals, and made the ghost chips ride the spiders!

For Halloween I went trick or treating with my friend and at my community, I was a black cat. My favorite part of Halloween is the candy.

Don’t you really like Holiday parties? I really liked our Halloween party. I really liked making the little donut spiders. They were so yummy. I made about three because they were so fun to make and they were very yummy. I also enjoyed admiring all my friend’s costumes. A lot of my friends were wearing the same costume as me! We were all cats but our costumes were different. I enjoyed playing all the games there was. I liked the activity called Charades. It was cool because you had the choice to act it out but you could draw what the paper said. I have never played a game that you can draw if it is an act it out game.
When it was recess time I liked looking at all the costumes. I saw a lot of Harry Potters. I enjoyed playing the Halloween games with my friend. We had a lot of fun. We even got a few prizes!!! Then the bell rang which meant we have to go back to class. But my friend and I still had fun. All though when I checked in for Daily 5 it was hard to find a comfortable spot to sit be cause my tail kept getting in the way. So I just decided unclip my tail. Then it was better. The fun thing was we did not get homework so I just had to read. Otherwise the day was a blast!!! What is your favorite Holiday?

Hi Ashlynne here , I will be talking about our super fun Halloween party. Did you like the super fun party ?Well I loved the party my favorite thing was the candy corn bingo because you got to eat the candy corn did you like it. When it was the end of the activity music went on then Skyla and I danced to the music. The music was Ghostbusters we danced back to back and held are ghost catching gun. We made these super cool spiders and I will show you how to make them first, you need a small chocolate donut and some curly pretzels so you can put them on as legs then you get some Halloween colors and put to dots with the frosting then you put candy eyes on which you can get from Gelson's in the baking aisle. At the end of the party which was the end of the day they let me take some donuts.
